Question : How do I order ?

Answer:
You can put together your order by choosing the product, size and color and place them in the shopping-cart.
Next you complete the order by entering your name, adress etc. On the last page you'll find yourself on the secure page of the payment service,
here you can enter your credit-card information and complete the order. You'll receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail.
Please do not send any credit-card information by normal e-mail because it's not secure. Look for payment details >here


Question : How are the shipping costs calculated ?

Answer:
The shipping costs are automaticly generated by the site. It is important that during
the ordering process you choose the right country. For details on amounts click >here    


Question: Were can I see the size tables for the products ?

Answer:
Of all the products that needs a size-chart there is a link at the appropriate product, just click on that link and you will find all

Question: What if my ordered items don't fit ?

Answer:
All our products are hygienic products, because of that we cannot take orders back.
If we delivered another size than you ordered, we will exchange it free of charge. This is also the case with factory errors or damages caused
by us, in those cases we need proof of the damage.
Maree Medical cannot be held responsible for damages caused by shipping.


Question: How long will it take before I receive my order ?

Answer:
All products, when in stock, will be shipped on the same day ( weekdays ).
When not in stock delivery can take up to 2 weeks. If an order should take longer than 3 weeks, please contact us at Maree Medical .
All orders are shipped with priority mail.
We ship worldwide.


Question: Can I pay otherwise than credit-card ?

Answer:
Yes, you can. You can pay in advance by checking " pay in advance " during the ordering process. Just complete the ordering process
untill you come to the payment-service page.
You do not have to fill in anything there. Next you print out your order and transfer the total amount of the order with the appropriate details to
